Shipping Destinations

We ship to:

• All locations across Australia — including WA, NT, and remote regions

• PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers

• International customers worldwide

Please note: International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged at their local port of entry. These charges are not collected or controlled by Novex.

Processing & Dispatch Time

Our standard processing time is:

• 1–2 business days for order processing and dispatch

• Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking details via email.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Australia-Wide

• Orders are dispatched via Australia Post, TNT/FedEx, or Direct Freight

• Flat-rate shipping applies and is calculated at checkout based on your location, package size, and weight

• Tracking is included on all orders

International Shipping

• We ship globally using a variety of carriers based on your destination and order size

• Rates are calculated at checkout

• Customs declarations reflect the full purchase value in AUD

• You are responsible for all applicable duties, VAT, and customs fees

Failed Deliveries & Return to Sender

If a delivery is returned due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, the customer will be responsible for paying re-shipping costs. Please double-check your delivery details before placing an order.
